Why is my name on the College's public register different than the name I usually go by?
Both the public register and your Certificate of Qualification and Registration (CQR) use the name that appears on the document that you provided to us as proof of identity.
If you have a commonly used name, please ensure that we have this name on file. You can add the name on your member account of our website.
