Why is my name on the College’s public register different than the name I usually go by?
Your Certificate of Qualification and Registration and the public register use the name that appears on the document that you provided to the us as proof of identity.
If you have a commonly used name, please ensure that we have this name on file. You can add the name on the Members’ section of our website.
