Can I have a former name removed from the College’s public register?

You can request to have your former name removed if:

• you have never taught under the former name. You can request for it to be removed by completing and submitting the Request to Remove Former Name from Public Register form.

  OR

• there are extenuating circumstances such as a threat to your personal safety or reasons of personal dignity, including gender identification or expression. Provide us with a signed letter detailing the names you would like withheld and the reasons why, along with your College Registration Number. Additional supporting documents may be required.
