Is it possible to receive copies of the hearing exhibits?
The parties to the proceeding are entitled to copies of the hearing exhibits. They can write to the Tribunals’ Office at tribunals@oct.ca if they need access to copies of any of the hearing exhibits.
Members of the public may request copies of the hearing exhibits by submitting Form 13C to the Tribunals’ Office (tribunals@oct.ca) in accordance with Rule 13.14 of the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Committee. Exhibits will be redacted to comply with any publication ban before releasing them to the public. Administrative fees of $1.00 + HST per page will apply.
