Is it possible to receive copies of the hearing exhibits?
The parties to the proceeding are entitled to copies of the hearing exhibits. They can write to the Tribunals Office at tribunals@oct.ca to obtain copies of any hearing exhibits.
Members of the public can request copies of the hearing exhibits by submitting Form 13C to the Tribunals Office (tribunals@oct.ca) in accordance with Rule 13.14 of the Rules of Procedure. Exhibits will be redacted to comply with any publication ban before releasing them to the public. Administrative fees of $1.00 + HST per page will apply.
