Is it possible to receive a copy of the hearing transcript?
Only the parties (the member who is the subject of the proceedings, and the College) are entitled to a copy of the hearing transcript. Under the Ontario College of Teachers Act and the Rules of Procedure, the public is not entitled to a copy of the transcripts. The parties may contact the Tribunals’ Office for information about how to request transcripts. Transcripts will be provided to the parties at their own expense.
