Is it possible to receive a copy of the hearing transcript?
Only the parties (the member who is the subject of the proceedings and the College) are entitled to a copy of the hearing transcript. The parties may contact the Tribunals Office for information about how to request transcripts. Transcripts will be provided to the parties at their own expense. Under the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, and the Rules of Procedure, the public is not entitled to a copy of the transcripts.
