How long will it take the Discipline Committee and Fitness to Practise Committee to make a decision?
The timelines for issuing a Decision and Reasons depend on many factors, including the length and complexity of a case. Generally, the Discipline Committee and Fitness to Practise Committee issue their written decision about uncontested matters soon after the hearing. It will take longer to issue its Decision and Reasons for contested matters.
