We must be able to determine if these documents were sent directly from the issuing institution in order to confirm the authenticity and accuracy of the document received.

Changed employers? Update your information online.
Submit requests
Make the following requests electronically via E-Services, including: Release of Personal Information and the Statement of Professional Standing.

Upload documents
You can upload the following pertinent documents to your file: Criminal record check, proof of identity, teaching certificates, addendums and name change.
