What if I'm not receiving emails from the College?
If you are not receiving the College’s emails, your email provider may have flagged them as spam or junk mail. Check your spam folder regularly for important emails that may have been misdirected. You can avoid having the College’s emails sent to your spam folder by adding @oct.ca email addresses to your contact list or safe senders list.
