Am I required to follow the Ministry of Education’s curriculum / safety protocols when doing private instruction?

However, the College strongly recommends that Ontario Certified Teachers follow the Ministry’s curriculum and safety guidelines. If in-person instruction is taking place, members should follow all public health and safety guidelines provided by their local public health unit.
