I just completed my teacher education program and I want to take an Additional Qualification (AQ). I’m not yet an Ontario Certified Teacher. Can I take an AQ course now?

You are eligible if you completed your teacher education in Ontario and if you have completed our application process.

With the exception of AQs in Schedule E, you can register for AQs before certification. However, you must be a member in good standing with us before you complete the course.

You are not eligible if: you are part of a multi-session program and have not completed it.
