Have you taken an AQ recently? Are all of your qualifications on your certificate?

To help ensure your certificate is updated as soon as possible:

• Log in to your Members account.
• Make sure your account information is current, including your email address.
• Confirm that the AQ provider has your correct registration number.
• Ensure that you have met prerequisite requirements and, where necessary, that the College has evidence of prerequisite requirements such as transcripts for Master’s degrees.
• Complete your course.
• Check when your course provider informs the College about your success.
• Approximately 30 business days after they tell us, we will update your certificate and send you an email confirmation.

Completed AQs appear on your certificate only if you are a member in Good Standing and have a Certificate of Qualification and Registration.

Members holding a Transitional Certificate of Qualification are eligible to enroll in AQ courses. However, they must have a Certificate of Qualification and Registration before completing the AQ course for it to be listed on their certificate.

Members not holding a Certificate of Qualification and Registration by the end of the AQ course will be considered by the College to have taken the course for personal learning purposes. The AQ course will never appear on the member’s Certificate of Qualification and Registration.
