At what stage of the proceedings can a motion be heard?
A motion can be filed, heard, and decided before the hearing begins or during the hearing depending on what is being requested from the panel. For example, a motion for production of third-party records cannot be brought before the start of the hearing.
Regardless of what stage of the hearing a motion is brought forward, documents related to the motions must be filed by the Tuesday that is at least 10 days before the date the motion is scheduled to be heard.
