Can I record a hearing?
No one (other than the court reporter who is transcribing the proceedings) is allowed to record, broadcast or stream any portion of the proceeding using any personal recording devices, audio, or video technology. The parties are entitled to a copy of the transcripts at their own expense.
The public may request a copy of the exhibits filed in a hearing by submitting Form 13C to the Tribunals’ Office (at the email address tribunals@oct.ca).
