Where are hearings held?
All hearings are held electronically via the Zoom platform. However, a party may object to a hearing being held electronically and ask that the hearing be held in person. If the panel decides to hold a hearing in person, it will be held at the College offices, located at 101 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON. A hearing may also be conducted in writing or using a hybrid format.
Rules 8 and 9 of the Rules of Procedure provide more information about hearing formats and objections to electronic hearings.
