Are Transitional Certificate holders subject to College discipline?

Transitional Certificate holders are College members and are expected to uphold and demonstrate the College’s professional and ethical standards at all times. If they fail to uphold those standards, they are subject to potential findings of professional misconduct and any resulting discipline.
