How can I get my documents from an institution that no longer exists?
Contact the appropriate government branch to determine whether records exist.
If you are unsuccessful in getting the required documents, you can submit a written and signed request for the College to intervene on your behalf. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refer to these instructions for next steps if it is impossible to provide us with documents.
