I want to add my technological qualifications to my public register profile, but I no longer have my documents. What can I do?
You must arrange for your educational institutions to send us official documentation. If you received certification in your trade prior to being certified as a teacher, submit a copy of the document to us. Once we receive it, we will review and determine whether your qualifications can be added.
If you are unsuccessful in getting the required documents, you can submit a written and signed Request for Assistance in Obtaining Documents form for the College to intervene on your behalf.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
