How do I add a diploma or certificate that’s not on my Certificate of Qualifications and Registration/Transitional Certificate of Qualification and Registration?
If there are qualifications not listed, we may need more information from you. To add:
- a trade certificate/certificate of apprenticeship, license, registration or other form of official recognition that was issued by a regulatory authority, please send us a photocopy by email, fax or mail, and / or other form of official recognition that was issued by a regulatory authority, please send us a photocopy by email, fax or mail, and / or
- a certificate, diploma or advanced diploma that was issued by an acceptable post-secondary educational institution, please arrange for an official transcript (that shows the name and date the credential was awarded) to be sent directly to us from the granting institution. To be acceptable, the credential must be granted by an authorized postsecondary educational institution or by approval under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act or Private Career Colleges Act.
If any of the documents listed above were not issued in English or French, you must also mail us an original translation.
Once we receive your documents, we will review and determine if they are acceptable or if more information is required. Please note that we will only add the documents listed above to your certificate if it was a requirement for the technological education qualifications you hold.
