How do I add a diploma or certificate that’s not listed on my College certificate?

If your qualifications are not listed, we may need more information from you.

For trade certificates, certificates of apprenticeship, registration or other official recognition issued by a regulatory authority, send us a copy via the upload portal or by fax or mail.

For certificates, diplomas, or advanced diplomas issued by an acceptable post-secondary institution, you must arrange for an official transcript that shows the institution’s name and the date it was awarded to be sent directly to the College from the granting institution.

To be acceptable, the document must be from an authorized post-secondary education institution or approved under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act or Private Career Colleges Act.

If any of your documents were not issued in English or French, you must also send the original translation as per our translation requirements.

Once we receive your documents, we will review and determine if they are acceptable or if more information is required. We will only add them to your certificate if it was a requirement for the technological education qualifications you hold.
