How do you guarantee the confidentiality of information shared through the complaints process?

Only authorized College employees or contractors (our legal team, for example) will have access to personal information. Names of students, victims or vulnerable witnesses will be redacted from all public documentation. As well, the College does not comment to media or members of the public on any concerns, complaints, investigations or the complaint resolution process.
