Is the OCT informed when a concern about them is filed?
Yes, but only once an investigation is initiated. They are not notified when the concern is initially filed. When the investigation begins, the OCT is informed of the complaint, and they are given 60 days to respond. Their response or a summary of their response will be shared with the complainant in most circumstances. Information provided in support of the complaint will, in most circumstances, be disclosed to the OCT under investigation.
