I have completed the forms to ask my academic, professional and personal referees to write a recommendation. How can I be certain that my referees have received an email requesting a recommendation?

Please inform your referees that they will receive an automated email requesting a recommendation. Sometimes these emails get caught in spam filters, so ask them to check their spam folder if they don't see the recommendation request. If they do not receive an email within 24 hours, contact us at outreach@oct.ca. Be sure to include your referee’s email address.
