Am I still subject to the College’s jurisdiction if I’m retired or suspended for non-payment of fees and teach privately?

Yes. Regardless of your status, you are still an Ontario Certified Teacher, and therefore, subject to the College’s jurisdictions at all times.

Parents are advised to hire only Ontario Certified Teachers to tutor their children privately.
