How do I contact the College using Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS)?
The College uses 711 Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) to facilitate telephone calls with professionally trained operators. The operators will convert your text into spoken language and vice versa.
To contact the College using TRS:
- Dial 711 using your TTY device.
- The relay operator will answer by saying “relay service,” followed by “GA” (for go ahead).
- Enter the College’s phone number:

- The relay operator will dial the number. After a brief pause, the relay operator will let you know when someone from the College answers the call. For example, “John from the College is on the line, GA.”
