I have followed the steps for Forgot Password /Username and receiving an error message that the email does not exist or is not yet verified

You must register and complete all required steps before you can sign in and upload documents.

If you started the registration but did not complete all the required steps, please check your email inbox for an email from the College with “New Account Registration Email ” in the subject line. You may need to check your junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. Click the “Complete Registration” link in the body of the email to complete the registration process and begin uploading documents.
