I have followed the steps for Forgot Password /Username and am receiving an error message that the email does not exist or is not yet verified
You must register and complete all required steps before you can sign in and upload documents.
If you started the registration process but did not complete all the required steps, check your inbox for an email from the College with “New Account Registration Email” in the subject line. Click the “Complete Registration” link in the body of the email to complete the registration process and begin uploading documents.
Check your junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
