We forgot our password/username, what do we do?

Make sure you enter the Username and Password that were created when the account for your institution or organization was registered. The username does not default to an email address.

If you cannot remember the username, select Forgot Username at the sign-in page and follow the steps.

Please note: Once a username has been registered, it cannot be changed.

If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot Password at the sign in page and follow the steps provided.
